By accessing and using the TALENTS LAB site, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these conditions, please do not use the site.

2. Use of the site

The TALENTS LAB site serves informational and community purposes: it presents the rosters, news, partnerships and activities of the project. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to compromise its correct functioning.

3. Intellectual property

Logos, trademarks, texts, graphics and content on the site are the property of TALENTS LAB or their respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.

4. Newsletter and communications

By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to receive communications about merchandise, drops, events and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every message.

5. Future e-commerce

When the store goes live, sales will be managed through Shopify and Printful. The conditions of sale, shipping times and return policies will be governed by the respective providers and communicated at the time of purchase.

At the moment, e-commerce services are not operational and no order can be placed through the site.

6. Limitation of liability

TALENTS LAB is not responsible for any service interruptions, technical errors or content of linked third-party sites. Content is provided "as is".

7. Changes to the terms

TALENTS LAB reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on this page is the one currently in force.
