1. Purpose of collection

TALENTS LAB collects the email address you enter in the "Stay Updated" box solely to send you communications about merchandise launches, drops, events and project updates.

2. Data processed

The personal data processed is your email. We do not collect sensitive information, credit card numbers or banking data through this form.

3. Processing methods

Data will be stored securely and used for commercial communication and marketing purposes related to TALENTS LAB. Every message sent will contain a link to unsubscribe.

4. Future shop and external partners

When the store goes live, shop data will be handled in accordance with the policies of Shopify and Printful. This means that order, shipping and payment data will be stored and protected by the respective providers under their terms of service.

At the moment, the site uses email collection for the newsletter only. E-commerce services are not yet operational, but they will be activated following the best security and privacy practices.

5. Rights of the data subject
